System overview Wise Event Purpose: We have a system which handles the process of entering guests to night clubs. We provide a solution for the party manager and the promoter mostly. The solution includes synchronized list of guests and table reservations. Roles: 1. Party manager - opens the event on our web system, assigning users to the event and responsible to the whole process User name: shahar@shahar.com 2. Promoter - responsible to input the guests to the system, and mark them as arrived and waiting outside to the selector. Username: promoter@shahar.com 3. Selector - Stand at the club door and decide which one will get in. She inputs her decisions to the system Username: selector@shahar.com This is the major roles in our system We have some less important roles: 1. hoster - responsible to the guests who ordered tables at the club. after they went in, she takes them to the table 2. discount man - responsible to give the guest a discount/free entrance if the promoter inputs that
